3. Construction method
Preparation before construction:
Clean the surface of the track foundation , hours before grouting, the track foundation surface should be fully moist. Hours before grouting, accumulated water should be sucked away.
Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing, and the formwork must not leak grout.
If grouting occurs during grouting, it should be dealt with in time.
When grouting track cement materials, the process should meet the following requirements:
When the track cement is used for secondary grouting, it should be grouted from one side until it overflows from the other side. Grouting should not be performed from four sides at the same time.
After grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, bamboo slats can be used for pulling and diversion.
The thickness of each grouting should not be exceeded. When the grouting layer is smaller than the thickness, corresponding auxiliary measures should be taken or other types of materials should be used.
Do not transmit the vibration of the running machine to the equipment foundation prepared for grouting.
